We resist (1) by understanding our predicament, and (2) by saying the Truth regardless of the cost.
(1) Our predicament is that we are living under another iteration of a globalist Babylon. There is nothing new — it is fallen man and Satan’s project to unite against Heaven. All these Babels are universally antichrist. If you prefer, you may consider that we live under the fourth beast in Daniel, or the Beast of Revelation (which is more or less that same in their lust for total power).
(2) How we resist is as old as Adam — he preached God’s Law to Eve (and Eve rejected it). Noah was a preacher of righteousness and the world did not listen. Abraham publicly rejected Satan (the King of Sodom) and chose to worship Jesus Christ. Moses preached Christ’s Law — the Ten Commandments. The prophets preached the Law and the consequences of disobeying the Law. John the Baptist declared that Jesus was Christ and King, rebuked Herod, and identified the Seed of the Serpent (Genesis 3:15) when he called the Pharisees/Jews a brood of vipers (Matthew 3:7). Jesus Christ did the same. For that He was murdered, as was John the Baptist, Stephen (later) and many of the prophets. Are you ready for that? Or did God promise you something better than He promised those sawn in two (Hebrews 11:37)?
The Word of God is nigh illegal today in the United States as well as in Canada, England, Sweden, Germany and other nations of Christendom. Take note of California’s new initiative to stamp out “hate:”
- “Hate Incidents: A hate incident is a hostile expression or action that may be motivated by bias against another person’s actual or perceived identity(ies). Perpetrators may be motivated by different discriminatory biases, including, but not limited to, bias on the basis of race, color, disability, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender, including gender identity. There are two main kinds of hate incidents – (1) acts of hate that are not crimes but violate civil rights laws, and (2) acts of hate that may not violate the law but still cause significant harm in a community.” https://stophate.calcivilrights.ca.gov/s/
The government of California wants to know: “Have you experienced or witnessed an act of hate or any event related to discrimination or prejudice?” You are encouraged to report “any” event related to “prejudice” wherever you live, and wherever such incidents occur.
Recall that the government of the Jews forbad the Apostles to speak of the Name of Jesus Christ (Acts 4:5-20). In their own defense the Apostles accused the Jews of murdering Jesus Christ — it seems to be a standard part of the Gospel message in the Book of Acts and in Christ’s time on earth. (John 8:40-41)
For the California Edict, what happens if a Pastor quotes the Holy Scripture? He will surely be reported.
Does he go on a list? Is he swatted? Is he and his church sued by the government of California for the violation of Civil Rights? Arrested? Fined? Harassed? Treated as sub-human? De-monetized? Denied zoning permits? Subjected to unusually intense safety inspections for a church? Annually audited for personal and church finances? Is his tax-exempt status retroactively suspended subjecting the congregants to pay taxes on donations no longer deductible? Do the parishioners get doxxed for donating to a “Hate” preacher and subsequently lose their jobs or promotions because they “promote hate?”
“For ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of God which in Judaea are in Christ Jesus: for ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they have of the Jews: Who both killed the Lord Jesus, and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not God, and are contrary to all men” 1 Thessalonians 2:14-15.
Will the Pastor scrupulously avoid saying exactly what Jesus Christ said for fear of being accused of propagating hate?
Jesus Christ to Christians: “Behold, I will make those of the synagogue of Satan, who say that they are Jews and are not, but lie—I will make them come and bow down before your feet, and make them know that I have loved you.” Revelation 3:9
Jesus Christ to Christians: “I know your tribulation and your poverty (but you are rich), and the slander by those who say they are Jews, and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.” Revelation 2:9
Jesus Christ to the Jews: “You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. Whenever he tells a lie, he speaks from his own nature, because he is a liar and the father of lies.” John 8:44
Forget the notion that California’s edict is “unconstitutional” — we are in a post-constitutional era. Fighting “hate in all its forms” is the new morality, the new mandate, the new imperative. No doubt Saul the Jew felt the same way about Christians when they violated the traditions of the Pharisees — Saul voted to but them to death. Do you really think we live in a kinder, gentler age? We do not.
So how to resist? We must say what they forbid us to say. We must normalize the Holy Scriptures. We must normalize the words of Jesus Christ. We must, like Jesus Christ, call them hypocrites for doing (inciting hatred) what they preach against (hate speech). Calling someone a “hater” or “racist” or “homophobe” or “antisemite” is designed to incite hatred.
These are the same hypocrites that Jesus Christ fought. This must be pointed out, especially regarding hypocrite organizations such as the Anti-Defamation League whose stock-in-trade is defamation. The ADL incites hatred toward they disagree with. Hypocrisy and hatred toward Christians is a very Jewish thing; if you aren’t aware of their hatred you are probably censoring what Jesus Christ Himself said — referenced above.
The church must abandon all hope of “overcoming hatred” when it was Jesus Christ Himself who put the enmity between Christian and Jew, between the Seed of the Serpent and the Seed of the woman (Genesis 3:15).
The Christian who will not proudly declare the words of Jesus Christ is a traitor like Judas Iscariot. Judas pretended a love for Christ (Luke 22:47-48), sided with the Jews, and gained the hatred of the Son of God. (Mark 14:21).
Don’t be like Judas.
