The God the Patriarchs and Prophets Was Jesus Christ

The God the Patriarchs and Prophets Was Jesus Christ

It is necessary for Christians to believe that the only God the Patriarchs and Prophets saw was Jesus Christ; they never saw the Father.  They saw the Lord, the Almighty.  But it was never ever the Father.  To believe the Prophets and Patriarchs saw the Father is to contradict the Word of God:

  • “No one has ever seen God; God the only Son, who is at the Father’s side,  he has made him known.” John 1:18 ESV
  • “not that anyone has seen the Father except he who is from God; he has seen the Father.” John 6:46 ESV
  • God the Father “alone has immortality, who dwells in unapproachable light, whom no one has ever seen or can see.” 1 Timothy 6:16 ESV
  • “And the Father who sent me has himself borne witness about me. His voice you have never heard, his form you have never seen,” John 5:37 ESV.
  • No one has seen God at any time.  1 John 4:12.  NASB

Judaism Is Apostasy from Jesus Christ

Judaism Is Apostasy from Jesus Christ

The God of the Patriarchs and Prophets is Jesus Christ.
Christianity did not emerge from Judaism;
Judaism is apostasy from Jesus Christ.

  • — No many has seen or heard the Father.
  • –The Patriarchs and Prophets saw, heard and even wrestled (in Jacob’s case) the Lord God Almighty.
  • — Jesus Christ is the exact image and representation of the Father.
  • –In Jesus Christ all the fulness of Deity dwells bodily.
Jesus Christ pre-existed creation, for He is the Creator.
  • –The Lord spoke with Moses face to face, as a man speaks with a friend.
  • –Jesus Christ told his disciples that if they saw Him, that was the Father, because the Father is in Him and He is in the Father.
  • –Jesus Christ declared that “I and the Father are One.”
  • –The “Lord” in the Old Testament is always and only Jesus Christ.

Judaism has always been apostasy from the God of the Patriarchs and Prophets.

Adam and Eve, Abraham and Sarah, Moses, Miriam, and Aaron, all saw and heard the Lord Jesus Christ. When Isaiah said “I saw the Lord,” this was Jesus Christ and it was never the Father.

The God of the Prophets

The God of the Prophets

  • Jesus Christ is the God of the Prophets and Patriarchs.
  • There Church has abandonhed over 80% of the Scriptures.
  • Jesus Christ only quoted the “Old” Testament.
  • This is the foundation of good theology including violence and nation building.

The Purpose of Our Time

The Purpose of Our Time

Regardless of the outcome of this election we will remain in a season of turmoil. The purpose of the time is to turn up the heat on the Church — to give us an opportunity to choose who we will be. For too long we’ve been of two minds — willing to be nominally Christian but unwilling to offend the Anti-Christs. The purpose of this season is to remove bland neutrality as as option.

The Cult: Your Holy Books and Prophets v. My Holy Books and Prophets

More about the cult you are in. It is a religious system. It has its priests and prophets and scriptures. Compare and contrasts the holy scriptures of your system and mine. In both, faith is inescapable.

The centrality of language — Gramscii and Foucault talked about things that Saint John explained two thousand years ago.

Long Term — what is it all worth?
