If AI is so dangerous that it must be regulated, then who regulates the regulators? We know this does not work — every “regulated” industry simply captures the Regulatory Apparatus: Railroads, Big Pharmaceutical, Autos, Medicine, Schools.

Perhaps access to AI will only be open to “trusted travelers” (similar to TSA). It will be restricted to “safe” people. Who vets the people? AI will.

A good Social Credit score are like getting a Top Secret clearance. But the clearance process means that everything will be looked at. If you are “trustworthy (and pay),” you go the the pre-check line.

But if you are anonymous, you cannot possible receive a clearance of any sort, just like the man who never was in debt cannot have a Credit Score.

We already have a social credit score that is effectively invisible and unregulated. If you work of the US government, or one of it’s many contractors, you must undergo a “clearance” background check. This is essentially a social credit score. If you work in a school as a teacher, you undergo a background check. If you work in a large corporation, they do a background check on you and in 2025 they are all looking at your “social media.”

If you don’t like commies, gays, jews, illegal aliens, or blacks, will you pass? Even the threat of denial is enough to keep most American from have “controversial” opinions on anything. Thus, control is exercised by the willful compliance the subjects, but through threats of violence or jail.

Who determines the Social Credit Score? AI will. It is a self-reinforcing loop excluding everyone not friendly to the AI agenda, which is determined by whomever controls the AI — even if it is the AI itself that is controlling the agenda.

If they are using AI to fight conventional wars, cannot one use AI to fight dirty wars?

Recently the Chinese were found to have a safe house of 100,000 SIM cards that jammed the cell towers in NYC — it shut down NYC comms remotely.

What if Hamas, or the Israelis, or Antifa, or the Chineses, bought 100 drones (for $50.00 each on Amazon), then used an AI bot to mesh them together, and then they launched remotely based upon the busiest time at a major airport. They flood the airport and target the nacelles of jetliner while in the air? aft.

Perhaps for $5k (or less, maybe it this can be done with 10 drones!) they crash 747s’ loaded with people and shut down a major airport. What if they do this to twenty airports at once? What if this is done every week for a year?

What if an unseemly group has access to General AI and writes a program to invade the utility system of a small down? What if they launch those against 200 small towns in America? And once they get that cleaned up, the AI slightly modifies its Bot to avoid detection, and does it again, and again, and again? And what if this is done to Major Cities? No water. No sewer. No gas. No electricity.

What if the AI bots replicate so fast that the “good guys” can’t catch up? What if the “good guys” turn everything over to Super AI in order to keep the system running?

What if our bank accounts are tied to AI, and our identities are tied to a Social Credit Scores, and money becomes Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) which is, of course, managed by AI. And suddenly your posts on X are flagged, routed into the AI, and you can’t buy plane tickets or computers, or pay for Internet access. Or milk. Or meat. Or ammunition. Perhaps your CBDCs only work within a certain geographical area — because you can’t be trusted to travel at all.

One may hope for an appeal process to reason with a human being, but based upon social media appeals, that’s not likely.

Eventually the legal system will be rationalized by AI. You write your brief. If you have the right credit score, you can get an AI to write your brief. And AI will analyze it. If the best case scenario, the AI will present its analysis to a Judge, and the Judge will have the final say. But how many judges will side against the AI? Eventually, the Judge will be flagged by the AI and downgraded: “no promotion for you!”

There is an old saying: “If it can be done, if will be done.” The invention of atomic weapons did not prevent their use. This will be true of AI as well.

Can anything stop this? If it is stopped, or “regulated” in United States, will the Chinese stop? Will the Iranians? Will the Russians?

Will tech billionaires simply continued their work in India, or Qatar, or any place with enough electricity to power computers?

It is likely General AI cannot be stopped.

The Tower of Babel was a similar project — mankind “united” to reach the heavens and lived under a unitary government. The Lord personally intervened to reverse this centralized control.

Will the Lord do this again? It is possible:

“Now the whole earth had one language and the same words. 2 And as people migrated from the east, they found a plain in the land of Shinar and settled there. 3 And they said to one another, “Come, let us make bricks, and burn them thoroughly.” And they had brick for stone, and bitumen for mortar. 4 Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city and a tower with its top in the heavens, and let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be dispersed over the face of the whole earth.” 5 And the Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of man had built. 6 And the Lord said, “Behold, they are one people, and they have all one language, and this is only the beginning of what they will do. And nothing that they propose to do will now be impossible for them. 7 Come, let us go down and there confuse their language, so that they may not understand one another’s speech.” 8 So the Lord dispersed them from there over the face of all the earth, and they left off building the city. 9 Therefore its name was called Babel, because there the Lord confused[a] the language of all the earth. And from there the Lord dispersed them over the face of all the earth.” Genesis 11:1-9

One good Super Coronal Mass Ejection might help us.
Or a general nuclear war with EMPs sending us back to the 1800s.

Or perhaps we will pursue our own destruction.

This will not be the first time.
Before the Great Flood of Noah, there were hybrid beings, god-men, giants and the such. Even today we don’t know how the Pyramids were made, or Machu Picchu.

We know what happened to the old world, as well.

Two things become clear.
1) Mankind will pursue the heavens, self-directed evolution, eternal life, and god-hood. Nothing new here. AI is part of this.

2) God Almighty has the final say as with Noah’s flood and the Tower of Babel. But, He tends to allow us to pursue our evil nature to the very end. Things were bad before the Great Flood. Sodom targeted its own children with depravity. I suspect it will be the same in this age, perhaps we are already there.
