Return to the Land
The promise to return to the Land was fulfilled when the Sons of Jacob repented and returned to Jesus Christ.
The Sons of Israel went into exile, first into Assyria, and then into Europe. In Europe the sons of Israel returned to Jesus Christ, who was always their God.
Europe became Christendom — the Kingdom of Christ, because it was exactly to Europe that the Sons of Israel went into exile.
There was never a need to return to a city that Jesus Christ Himself cursed: “May no one eat from you ever again.” Matthew 21:19
“But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,” Hebrews 12:22
“For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen” 2 Cor 1:20
“ Before she travailed, she brought forth; before her pain came, she was delivered of a man child. Who hath heard such a thing? who hath seen such things? Shall the earth be made to bring forth in one day? or shall a nation be born at once? “
