One’s extended bloodline — from ancestors to progeny — is the most valid human relationship. To embrace one’s bloodline (one’s Nation) is to resist the deracinating Borg or the current totalitarian system.

Building a Nation Pleasing to, and Blessed, by God

Building a Nation Pleasing to, and Blessed, by God

In the long run of things, “Truth” is a narrative. We live in a bubble of words, thoughts and ideas and, because we are not God, we assume, perhaps mistakenly, that what we see, hear, touch and feel connect us to truth. Except that is not necessarily true; the narrative in which we find ourselves determines what we think is “true.” This is basic linguistic theory. The sea of words we swim in (intellectually) controls our thoughts. We ought to seek a sea of words conveyed from the Creator/Truth — and that is what we call the Bible.

Here is an example: If the story is: “the earth is millions of years old” then when we look at the Grand Canyon we reject interpretations that don’t agree with an ancient earth. If the story is “God created the earth, it flooded, and we re-populated,” then the interpretation of a canyon carved by a catalclysmic movement of water of a short period of time becomes reasonable. It isn’t the fact of the Grand Canyon that matters — it is the presuppositions we are guided by as we interpret the facts.

What is the narrative?

Freedom

Freedom

I was called in by the Prime Minister. He asked me what to do. His country was a failure. Mired in debt, they had borrowed money from the foreigners for decades with no hope of repayment. Bankrupt, because the poor got poorer and there was no industry or agriculture to tax. High unemployment because, like most countries, they bought into the idea of open borders and free flow of trade and commerce. Cheap foreign goods drove small business into bankruptcy. They bought the lies of the world powers: “go into debt,” they said. “Open your borders,” the urged. They accepted foreign aid which drove farms out of business: they could not compete with free grain. Ninety percent of the farms ceased production, rural families urbanized and lived disease invested hovels. Tuberculosis exploded. Everyone wanted more. No one had anything to give. Foreign aid did nothing but cement institutional poverty for generations.

“Sir,” I said, “since you can’t sink any lower, there’s no downside to doing something different.”

And I laid it out to him.

“First,” I said, “democracy is a sham.”

Abusive Relationships

Abusive Relationships

I know a man whose wife beats him and verbally berates him. As a result, he sleeps on the couch, works overtime, and can’t enjoy a vacation. Why? She reported him, once, for domestic violence; and, as you may imagine, the only thing he was guilty of was defending himself.

And so it is with Straight White Christian Males (SWCM) today in America. We’ve made a great nation and we’ve let the “others” in. White men even put a Black man in the White House.

What did we get in return? More accusations of “racism” and general evil. Non-SWCMs doubled down on their tactics of guilt manipulation and raised the of accusations to a fevered pitch. Judging from recent events, to be a straight white male is to be unqualified to hold any position of leadership in American today.

The patterns between an abusive marriage and abuse between races is similar.

How to Get From Here (Global Secularism) to There (a small Christian Nation)

How to Get From Here (Global Secularism) to There (a small Christian Nation)

How to go from here to there?

If I am proposing a “Christian Nation,” how do we go from our currently secular state, completely hostile to the existence of Christianity anywhere except between the ears (for now at least) to a country that is openly and unapologetically Christian and in which our Laws and morals are reflected by the Ten Commandments?

Indeed, how does any country do this?

Why I Am Not a Conservative

Why I Am Not a Conservative

There are those who want to build a society friendly to Christianity but not offensive to non-Christians. I used to be one of them; I thought there was a way to do this. The goal was to build a society that is “conservative,” has “family values,” honors one’s history and is “constitutional” but not explicitly Christian. It was considered that coalition building was practical; that survival — getting that safe space — trumped other considerations.

I thought, “that kind of society works — an anti-Marxist society.” But it does not work. “Conservatism” is another false religion — it is a political philosophy that rejects the explicit acknowledgement that Jesus is Lord.

Christian Immigration

Christian Immigration

It is frequently said by Christian churches in America that is “Christian” to accept the foreigner into America; many Christian denominations and individuals maintain that promoting broad immigration privileges to non-Americans is the only defensible Christian position on immigration.

Non-sense.

The Book of Judges and Christian Nations

The Book of Judges and Christian Nations

The book of Judges illustrates the infeasibility of mixing a Christian world order and a pagan faith.  Every time, the pagans win and the Christians are oppressed.   This is America today.  And the Middle East.

The good news is that this condition does not need to be  permanent.   Brave men and women (Deborah) willing to c fight their enemies can re-establish Christian nations.

How ironic that individual Christians today are willing to fight in pagan wars to advance pagan ideas on behalf of a secular state and yet are not willing to fight to establish a Christian state.

That will change.
It will change when people believe we can do this.
And it will change as this current order collapses into either complete anarchy or a totalitarianism and a poverty so oppressive  that we are compelled to act or die.

Because if we don’t, Christianity will cease to exist in any meaningful way — which is the condition of the Church in most of the world today.  It’s flash and no bang, noise and no rain.  Thunder and lightning but no refreshing rains, no growth, no real salt to preserve society.  It’s largely worthless.

Why is Christianity important?   What is important is Truth.   And God is Truth.  And that Son of God, Jesus Christ, is the Way, The Truth and the Life.  This isn’t a “religious” idea — it is what is real.  He is the King. He is the Creator. He is the Ruler of Every Nation.  We need to live like it and honor him with not just our “personal” beliefs, but in building Christian nations.

As the Pilgrims so well understood — it takes a Christian nation-state to preserve and advance Christianity.  That is the way of the future.

No Christianity Without Christian Nations

No Christianity Without Christian Nations

The Necessity of A Christian State

Summary:  There can be no Christianity without a Christian State.

The Pilgrims and Puritans came to North America and established Christian forms of government — explicitly Christian.

Fast forward to 1789 with the adoption of the US constitution which, though compatible with Christianity, was influenced by non-Christian ideas.

As atheism grew in our churches and universities and became the established religion — what is taught by professors (those who profess) is the established, tax funded religion/world view.     Thus it is illegal to pray in schools.  It is illegal to have the Ten Commandments in public places, including schools.  It is illegal in much of Europe, Canada and the US to criticize sin (including homosexuality) or Islam.

Blood and Faith

Blood and Faith

Welcome to Blood and Faith.

These are the two foundations of culture.   These are the twin pillars of communities.  Without these foundations, there is no meaning.

The Left has a faith.  Part of their faith is to deny that it is a faith.  They claim it is “scientific materialism,” but it is neither scientific nor materialist except when it is convenient for them.  Marxism, socialism, social justice progressivism is  more than a faith, it is a hard core religion that demands total submission and obedience.  That faith is worse than wrong — it is evil. It dehumanizes those within it.

All believe, even if they don’t think they believe and take their cues from stories that are told.  Legends, literature and lore create the foundations of our lives.  Even a “scientific” world view depends upon a creation myth — the idea that somehow life emerged from non-life and somehow entropy consistently  works in reverse.
